Lake Temperature January is well above average.
March-April cold weather kept it cool. Now normal 1 June

April 25 2007, high water and winds hit Westport docks.
Lake level about 100.5 ft. About 1.5' above normal. Still 1.5' below record.

Columbia River lock; Highest vertical lift in world. 114 feet

Dee & Bob cruised Columbia Riv. in Oregon on Queen of the West, world's highest lock, 114 ft. April '07

May 25, 2007, warm weather, little rain, drops lake level quickly. 98.2 feet now.
Only about 5 inches above normal.

May 24, 2007, boats are launched. Rear floating docks are filling with boats
for Memorial Day weekend. Front docks and breakwater should be out soon.
