For the last thirty years, I have been a member of the Wadhmas UCC. My faith has grown and taken new avenues because of the inspiration of worshipping here with others from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I have found dear friends here over the years. We are especially fortunate to have the Reverend Steven Smith as our pastor. He is a gifted preacher and counselor and the worship services that he prepares lead me to a deeper understanding of my beliefs. Carole - April 2008.

Our church is very informal. We share our joys and concerns, adding names and updating news of people on the prayer list, and announce upcoming events at the beginning of each service. Steve, our minister, has a way of dramatizing his sermons so that he holds my attention. He is good at interpreting Bible times in terms of today, connecting history, making it relevant with now.
To me, God is a holy presence or energy that is with out and with in us. He is there when we reach out to Him. Through Steve's original prayers and sermons, he helps me make that connection. Dee - April 2008.
