The dinner entree price includes the dinner salad and rolls, entree, vegetables,
potatoes or rice pilaf, dessert, ice tea, lemonade, coffee, decaf, or hot tea.
Soda, cocktails, wine or beer are additional.

  Please select salad dressings and choose garlic mashed potatoes or rice pilaf,
plus your dessert preference.

  Saturday dinners are prepared outdoors over a charcoal grill.
You may select one or two entrees to be grilled to order by Chef Larry.
Seasonal vegetables are stir-fried in a giant wok by Chef Bob.
Weekday dinners are prepared indoors; Outdoors by special arrangement.

You may have a sit-down dinner or you may go to a buffet table for your entree.
Salads, rolls, desserts and beverages are served.

  To hold your reservation we ask that a $200 deposit be made at the time of booking your party.
The deposit will be applied to your bill.

  Please give an accurate count of diners and their menu choices to
The Galley two weeks prior to your dinner to guarantee your order and price.
The balance due for your banquet is to be paid one week prior to your dinner.

If the banquet is cancelled before food is ordered, a full refund is possible.

The deposit and dinner payment are non-refundable
if the banquet is cancelled after the food has been ordered.
